Price: about JPY6000 - JPY20000 (sales tax not included) per person depending the cuts of beef .
Ambiance: One of the oldest Restaurant in Kobe with its 135 years in history (founded in Meiji18). Historical atmosphere, wood and stone tone, chic white lightings & counter seats are situated around the open kitchen
Food: Signature Kobe Steak. Round steak was lean but well-marbled and tender in this budget.
MOURIYA是從明治18年開始售賣神戶牛的百年老店。三層的餐廳,以石材和木紋作主題,充滿著歷史感。
當時只食了差唔多最便個款神戶牛,店員會逐款介紹各款牛既特點,而且有證書,牛牛都有名有姓,有屋企人,有開放式廚房睇住廚燒。 #RoundSteak 雖然未至係最肥美頂級,但依然有雪花,不過預算有限下質素係相當好。
